Where are the garments made?
All of our garments are made with love in India by talented and skilled artisans.
Do you take returns and exchanges?
All made-to-order items are final sale. Some of our ready to ship items are eligible for return and will be noted on the product page.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
For delivery, we typically take 2 – 8 weeks from the time the order is placed. You can check the estimated delivery time on the specific item product page. Ready to ship garments are shipped within 1-2 business days. For more delivery questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where are the items shipped from? What are the shipping fees?
Ready-to-ship orders are shipped from the U.S. East Coast. Pre-order (or made-to-order) items are shipped from India. Shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout.
What size should I pick if I’m in between sizes?
We recommend ordering a larger size to allow for alterations from your local tailor. We also leave a margin to allow for alterations. In the case the piece allows for custom measurements, you can choose "customize" on the product page and input your measurements on the form.
Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
While we try our best to display the color as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, or embroideries due to the handmade nature of the garments.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Our Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you have received a damaged item, or if we've sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send us a few pictures of the damage and/or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and assist in rectifying the situation.
Can I customize certain things like, blouse color and sleeves?
Some made-to-order pieces allow for certain customizations. Please note, due to the handmade nature of the garment, custom color items may have slight variations from those shown. Please email us at info@verveandvogue to get more information.
Do you do full custom styles?
While we do offer customizations on certain things like blouses, color and sleeves (depending on the piece), we do not do full custom styling.
What should I do if I ordered my correct size from the size chart or provided my custom measurements but the outfit still does not fit perfectly?
We celebrate every ‘body’ and we want to make sure your garment fits well. We truly hope things work out perfectly, but we also cannot guarantee perfect fit due to variables in interpretation by different designers and tailors, fluctuations in body size, inaccurate measurements and personal preference in terms of fit. As helpful as measurements may be, remember that the people creating your outfit are not physically present to measure you, so please expect that additional tailoring may be required.
