Most of our items are made-to-order/pre-order as we do our part to be a sustainable company. Since these items are made especially for you, they are not eligible for return and are final sale. All Ready to Ship items are final sale unless stated otherwise. Ready to Ship items that are eligible to return (if stated on the product page) will be issued store credit. Should you decide to return your eligible order from our Ready to Ship selection, please contact our support team at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and reason for return. Please note we are not able to assist after 24 hours. You are liable for all return shipping costs. Your purchase should be delivered back to us within 7 days of receiving your order, if not then the item will be returned back to you. Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. If tags have been removed or tampered with, the item will automatically be categorized as non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a store credit after shipping costs and restocking fee.
